Details: Help John with his goal to grow food on his 3 acre property in Puerto Rico to nourish the local community and teach the world about permaculture, food forests and vegetable gardening and eating healthfully.    

You may do tasks ranging from Clearing Land, Planting Fruits and Vegetables, Composting, Pulling Weeds, Learning and Growing Unique Vegetables and Fruits, and other random tasks related to homesteading land. 

 

You get first hand on the job experience and learn what John has learned over the last 29 years living aplant based raw diet and growing nutrient dense food

You will have the opportunity in the future to create an income through a joint-partnership in selling products produced on the farm both locally at farmers markets and online.  

At present time, there is no lodging infrastructure on the property, so living would be primitive tent camping.

Getting city water and power are or primary goals once someone is on the property.  There is currently cell phone service as well as a river running on the property.

You will learn how to grow food and manage a garden, including planting, handing pests and undesired plants, composting, making the best soil, etc.

 
Looking for a long term commitment, 6 month minimum.
Experience is Highly Preferred, but not required.
