A limited number of application fee waivers are available through the HMS department on a first come, first served basis for applicants who require assistance and do not qualify for the waivers available through the Graduate School (here: https://grad.uw.edu/admission/application-fee-waivers/).

Please be sure to use the same name(s), in the same order, and the same email address that you used for your application.

Please note that applicants must have otherwise completed their applications. Approvals may take 1-2 weeks.
