Please use this form to register for our upcoming Summer Season Performance Program!  Fill out the form thoroughly and read all sections. Please check all dates/times and select your favorite show themes in order of preference.

Shows do fill up - therefore we ask that you fill this out ASAP!

Please read the next section carefully. We are changing how we assign students to shows.

If your student rocker would like to be in more than one show, please let us know.  
 
REMINDER!!! There will be $125 show fee charged that includes the prices of the tickets, show posters, Staffing and other venue related expenses.
