Testing will be conducted by Capital Diagnostics on Tuesdays (May 3, May 17 & May 31) from 12:30-2:30 PM. Children in the toddler community are not required to participate in testing, but may opt-in using the form below. You are always welcome to opt-in or opt-out at any time. Questions?
