Hello Fall 2024 Verto Community,

Thanks for your interest in applying for the Summer 2024 Community Council!

The Community Council is responsible for creating spaces for everyone in our community to belong. We accomplish this through organizing and promoting events, creating clubs based on common interests, and serving as leaders amongst our community.

As a Verto Community Council Member, you have the unique opportunity to gain event planning skills and leadership training before your upcoming study abroad experience with Verto.

Responsibilities of Council Members:
◉ Attend Community Socials
◉ Promote events through social media and offline groups (like Snapchat, Instagram, etc)
◉ Host a club during the summer for community members to connect through common hobbies or interests

Why should you join?

◉ You already have leadership experience OR this is your first time leading
◉ Opportunities to have fun with other creative community members
