Use this form to order our new beautiful CTFDA discs! The discs are R200 each, and the profit from each one will be put towards development. 

We are limiting orders to 5 discs for an individual, if you would like to order more than 5 discs please email a brief motivation to helloctfda@gmail.com.

COLLECTION/SHIPPING:
Collection of the discs will be organised individually with each person, hopefully it can be done at pickups/practices/games. Please note that this will only be organised once payment has been received. 

If you would like have to discs shipped/mailed, it's at your own cost. We can try to assist however if it's a large order and a development related drive.
