Although your submission will be anonymous, it is possible that your identity may be discovered during an investigation of the matter reported because of information you have provided. You will also be asked whether you would like to provide an email address at which we can contact you if we have additional questions as part of our investigation. Please note that NERW’s board of directors may be limited in its ability to investigate your complaint and the actions that can be taken in response to your complaint, if the board is unable to contact you.
