Meet the Creators of Oskar's Voyage!
Hi, educators! On Monday, March 11, 2024, at 1 pm Central Time, illustrator Kayla Harren and author Laura Purdie Salas are offering a free live Zoom for students! The event will feature a bit about Laura's Great Lakes research voyage, a reading of the brand new picture book--Oskar's Voyage (see laurasalas.com/oskar to learn more), a drawing demo from Kayla, and Q&A time. This is a great chance for K-3 students to meet book creators and hear a bit about their writing and art processes :>D 

Space is limited, so please only sign up if you can actually attend in person. Each school or family can register once and should gather students in one space to watch/participate. The Zoom will last about 40 minutes. Fill out this form to register, and make sure to click on Submit when you finish! We can't wait to meet you and your students!
