Field Trip Information: We will be volunteering at Collar City Mushroom Farm

Date: Wednesday, August 24th
Place: Collar City Farm
Route: Meeting at Troy Clubhouse (1700 7th Avenue, Troy) for transportation
Transport leaves Clubhouse: 10:30am Arrive back at clubhouse: ~ 1:15pm.
Who: Teens ages 13-16

Please note your child must participate if they attend. We will be closing off the sign-ups at 6 teens. Once you sign up via this form, there will be another form sent to you that must be completed.

Please note your child should arrive in sneakers and appropriate clothing for a day of volunteering on a mushroom farm!
