Thank you for your interest in the Russian River-Friendly Landscaping Guideline (RRFLG) identification sign.  This application can take up to 5-10 minutes to complete.

The RRFLG identification sign is a symbol of the elevated professional landscape standard that was applied to the site. It recognizes landscapers who demonstrate knowledge of a whole systems approach to the design, construction and maintenance of the landscape in order to support the integrity of one of California’s most rich and diverse ecosystems, the Russian River watershed.

If you are a landscape professional, showcasing a Russian River-Friendly Landscaping (RRFL) identification sign confirms that your site(s) addresses issues that your clients care about, such as less maintenance and decreased water usage, as well as increased environmental benefits. It can lead to increased customer satisfaction and referrals to new clients!

Please complete the following application so that the Russian River Watershed Association (RRWA) can determine if your landscape within the Russian River Watershed demonstrates all or many of the Principles and Practices of the RRFLG. Note that the review committee will be looking closely at design elements and maintenance practices that are in alignment with the  Russian River-Friendly Landscape Guidelines .
