New Family and Student Application

Thank you for requesting to join our community and register for classes.

Libertas Scholars is a Christ-centered, parent-led home education program serving scholars in 3rd-12th grade and their families. We are pleased that you and your family would like to join us for the upcoming school year.

Please complete the Family and Student Application below. The "Family" and "Life at Libertas" sections should be completed once. The "Student information" and "Registration" sections must be completed for each student enrolling in classes. Upon receipt of the application, a member of our leadership team will reach out to you in an effort to determine that our program is a good fit for your family.
