We are seeking dedicated and passionate homeowners to serve on our various Talega Committees. Whether you're a long-time community member or new to the area, we value your unique perspective and ideas. Branding & Communications Ad Hoc Committee
We are excited to announce that we are actively looking for volunteers to join the newly established Talega Branding & Communications Ad Hoc Committee! As Talega approaches its 25th anniversary, both the TMC and TLC Boards are dedicated to revitalizing Talega's overall brand presence, including marketing, communications, branding, and more. The committee will delve into every design element that shapes our community, including colors and fonts. Additionally, we will assess and enhance various communication channels, such as the community website, newsletters, e-blasts, and social media platforms. If you possess expertise in marketing, communications, or real estate, we invite you to apply and be a part of this exciting initiative!

Design & Review Committee
The Design & Review Committee overlook Homeowner submitted architectural revisions. Following the Architectural Guidelines, the committee supports the Board of Directors in maintaining an aesthetically harmonious community.

Enforcement Committee
The Enforcement Committee reviews Homeowners violations and provides guidance to the Board of Directors in Homeowners hearings in accordance with TMC’s Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions.

Neighborhood Delegate
The Delegate Committee is an extension of TMC right in your neighborhood. Delegates distribute information to their neighborhoods on behalf of TMC and serve as a liaison between the community and TMC.

Budget & Finance Committee
The Budget & Finance Committee serves to advise the TMC Board of Directors in developing and monitoring the annual budget. Closely monitoring market trends, they aid in creating fiscally sound plans that reflect the priorities of the TMC Board.

Event Committee
The Event Committee gathers input and feedback from residents regarding community events. The committee provides recommendations to the TLC Board of Directors for betterment of community events and lifestyle.

Landscape Committee
The Landscape Committee assists the TMC Board of Directors in preserving and enhancing the physical landscape in the community. The committee also aids in ensuring consistent maintenance of all landscaping.
