Dates: February 15 - 17

We ask everyone to please complete the online registration form.  Pre-registration is due by February 1, 2023 (Payment must arrive by this date to qualify for pre-registration rate). Payment can be made by check or credit card.  Information about payment is at the end of this form.   

A printable version of the registration form is available on our website for those who need a copy for their supervisor.
