COMMUNITY SURVEY ON THE FUTURE USE OF THE BROOKLINE MEETINGHOUSE

The Town of Brookline assumed ownership of the former Brookline Baptist Church in 2014.  The Select Board appointed a committee of volunteers to work on behalf of the town to restore the building to a structurally sound condition for the purpose of creating a public space suitable to the needs of Brookline’s populace, while maintaining historic features that make this early church unique in our state.

In the coming years, decisions will be made that affect the interior, exterior and the grounds.  Your thoughts and ideas are critical to our efforts and will help guide us as we move forward.  In what ways do you see the Meetinghouse serving the needs of Brookline, both now and in the future, and to what extent do you believe public money should be used to make future uses possible?

Please take a few moments to complete this survey.  Responses must be received no later than April 15, 2023.
