Exchange costs 34 RON – you will pay this amount to the courier when you receive your newparcel with exchanged items.

We will reimburse you for paying this exchange fee by sending you a digital gift card for the
same amount, 34 RON EUR. This gift card will be valid for one year, and you can spend it on items
of your choice on our website.

PLEASE NOTE: exchange for damaged and wrongly received items is free. If you have a
damaged item you want to exchange, please fill out the form for damaged items, and your
exchange will be free.

How to return items

We will order a pick-up service to come to your address of choice to collect the parcel with items you wish to return to us for exchange. The pick-up service will be provided by Fan Courier International.

Please send us the following details on our e-mail address info@lelosi.ro and we will order the pick-up service for you:

- personal details (name and surname)
- exact address where you wish the parcel to be picked up
- the date when you wish the pick-up to be done
- contact person
- phone number
- a list of items that you are returning
- packing of returned items (example: envelope, small box)
- approximate weight of parcel you prepared for return

Be sure to sign the envelope or box you are returning, insert a slip of paper on which you write what items you want to receive for exchange. Attention: If we receive a package without any information about the sender, we will not be able to resolve the application.

Once we receive your package and review the content, we will resend the package within 14 business days.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
