B3B is a research-driven, volunteer-run, not-for-profit organisation that addresses the structural marginalisation of people under 35 in governance. Composed exclusively of people under 35, B3B works with and for youth to advance greater representation and proportional decision-making power for young people in political leadership. We are young changemakers from the Global South committed to making decision-making tables youth-inclusive and youth-responsive, one community at a time.

If you are:

- between ages 15 and 35;
- a citizen of Papua New Guinea, Nigeria, Philippines, or Benin (regardless of current residence);
- passionate about having young people in elective and appointive leadership offices;
- experienced in managing socially-relevant projects or leading youth organizations,
