Interest in SD1 and/or SD2 Summer Conferences 2021
This is an information-gathering form for the SD1 and SD2 conferences.  By filling this out, we will keep you updated as things develop.

This is NOT a registration form. Registration will be available towards the middle or end of February through our Docusign application/registration form and the St. Vincent College portal.  We will follow up with that information.

We cannot say yet whether it will be possible to hold the conferences in person this summer, but we would like to know how many are interested in attending in person so we can plan accordingly and be in touch with you if that possibility opens up.  If you hope to attend in person PLEASE FILL THIS OUT, even if you already registered through the SVC portal or the Docusign application.
