Join us for a getting-to-know-you night and interesting meeting for those considering peer ministry in the 2022-2023 ministry year. We will meet outside of the Brown House from 6:45-8:30pm for a night of information, community building, and food!

Immaculate Conception Peer Ministers are Servant Leaders:

Our Peer Ministry Program follows the servant leadership model, using Christ as our example of leadership and behavior. Part of being a Peer Minister is having a relationship with Jesus. We don't expect you to be perfect, but you (as well as us), should be actively trying to grow in your faith and get involved in our parish community. As a Peer Minister, you will also learn leadership skills and habits that you will then be able to put into practice by helping plan and lead events for one or more of the following ministries: Confirmation Ministry and/or EDGE (Middle School) Ministry.

Servant Leaders are called to support and encourage each other and to lead other youth by example into a relationship with Christ. They accomplish this goal by taking an active role in the Faith Life of the Community and by living their discipleship to Jesus Christ everyday in word and deed.
