您參加本次活動時，ASIF將蒐集您的個人資料（包括姓名、聯繫電話等資料），並蒐集與記錄您在本活動中所參與及輸入的相關資訊，作為本次活動之活動聯繫、活動公告、後續處理、聯絡及紀錄等行銷目的使用之用途。

ASIF以及ASIF合作廠商對於您提供之個人資料，將妥為保存，並於各自之存續期間內依個人資料保護法及相關法令於上述活動以及行銷之目的內，於中華民國境內外使用您的個人資料。ASIF或ASIF合作廠商為達成前開所述目的得將您的個人資料傳遞給ASIF合作廠商，以及為ASIF或合作廠商進行資料維護、處理及寄送之服務供應商，無論傳輸地點是否在中華民國。

依個人資料保護法之規定，您可以隨時向ASIF或ASIF合作廠商要求查詢、請求給予複本、請求補充或更正、請求停止處理、利用或刪除您的個人資料。若有個人資料權益相關問題，請來信(
business@asif-fashion.com) 並註明您的姓名以及活動名稱。於收到您的要求後，我們將在相關法令許可之範圍及合理期間內依您的要求進行處理。

若您不欲提供相關個人資料，將影響您參加本活動或取得ASIF活動及特惠資訊之權益。肖像權使用聲明本人同意並授權ASIF拍攝、使用、改做、修飾、公開展示本人之肖像(包含照片及視訊影像，以下簡稱肖像)、名字、聲音…等，於本活動中所拍攝之作品。本人同意ASIF就上述著作（內含上述授權之肖像、名字、聲音等）享有完整之著作權，其合作廠商、受讓人、被授權人及繼受人得使用本人之肖像、名字、聲音…等於所有形式的著作載體及媒體，ASIF得以各種管道或印刷方式呈現授權內容之全部或部分、並可公開發表，無須再通知或經由本人同意，但於公開發表時必須尊重本人個人形象。
