WHAT IS Education Innovation Collaborative (EIC) & THRIVE TOWNS Inc?

We are an emerging Public Benefit Corporate (hybrid, tandem) with the ambitious MISSION and VISION:

"To empower all youth and community members of all ages to THRIVE TOGETHER in the Age of AI
    - doing projects for personal, professional & community development for universal thriving."

Over the last 7 years since becoming a 501c3 based in Nevada, we've designed a THRIVE WORLD ECOSYSTEM strategy for development that is based on 3 integrated aspects and initiatives:

1 - VIRTUAL METAVERSE platform: enables learners of all ages to collaborate with each other and coaches anywhere, anytime to design & manage their unique growth plans and goals, projects, & Thrive Portfolio of personal and professional competencies and assets created through creative work they do in Thrive Towns.
  • THRIVE WORLD PORTAL  - virtual world to do collaborative projects for personal & career development; is a "digital double" of a physical Thrive Town so projects can be done both in-person and virtually.
  • SELF-PRENEUR(TM) Game of Life Mastery - a "Hero's Journey" to self mastery & thriving for life; plans, projects/activities, & Thrive Portfolio; 5 levels of mastery of 15 thrive competencies.
2 - PHYSICAL PLAYGROUNDS: facilities and spaces in buildings where youth teams can do project-based, collaborative learning with peers and coaches to develop their personal growth plans and goals and build their competencies with specialized, latest technologies, tools, & resources.
  • THRIVE TOWNS at Incline Village and Oddie District aim include all career and professional pathway projects - serving local youth and coaches as well as those who visit from a distance with their schools and families. Phase 1 focus is for 10 to 18 year olds developing personal and professional competencies and Thrive Portfolios.  (Phase 2 to include younger and older people as well as academic competencies).
  • THRIVE LABS and Villages are smaller, more limited facilities and programs either by age group (Villages are for up to 12 years old) and/or specialized to career and employer-sponsored project areas.
3 - THRIVE COLLABORATIVE for INSTITUTE for Thrive World Ecosystem development:  youth and adult members work to develop the above through R & D innovation, incubation, marketing, collaborative dialogues, education, policy advocacy, and finance/funding where learners and community members learn, work, play, create, and thrive together across time and distance through integrated physical and virtual spaces, programs, and projects.
