Any 'decline' decisions will require a Confirmation and Planning Meeting with the pertinent department and RIS/RAIS or ED to ensure replacement choices meet District and State legal and technological requirements. If you decline a curricular or assessment recommendation, this form will ask you to identify your replacement vendor or replacement assessment strategy.
