I have read and agree to the Residency Verification Affidavit which states - Should the district learn that this is not the residence and that the parent lives outside the boundaries of the Onsted Community School District, the student will be PROHIBITED from attending Onsted Community Schools.  Further, the district will require payment of tuition for the time in attendance as a non-resident and will take any legal steps to recover the same.
