Committee Chair Job Descriptions
We need your HELP to continue to support the programs Jefferson students and families love!!!  We are looking for a few parents to step up and help chair or even co-chair several programs that we offer every year. Without parents volunteers these programs can not run successfully. You can sign up for multiple events if interested.

Jog-A-Thon: Plan and organize Jefferson's biggest fundraiser the annual Jog-a-thon. (This event requires 3-4 people to make it run smoothly)
Parents Night Out – Auction: Supervise committee members in collection of auction items, manage inventory of auction items for Parents Night Out event, conduct silent auction at event.
Reflections: Publicize the Reflections Program, distribute contest rules and application materials to students, collect submissions, organize Reflections art show and arrange for judging of entries.
Sponsorship: Assist event chairs with solicitation of sponsors. Secure general monetary donations from community businesses, as well as product donations for auction.
Talent Show: Organize, promote, and manage student talent show
