Dear Dana (Future Correia Cougars!) Parents and Students,

First, we look forward to your students as they embark on their journey into college and career readiness...from Correia to PLHS, to their college of choice and beyond!

Each student will receive one elective of their choice.  Please rank your choices from 1-5 selecting 5 different electives.

We try hard to give each child their first choice; however, electives are subject to change based on enrollment. Students may also be placed in an elective based on data and recommendations from staff.  This includes Music, ALD, and Study Skills. In addition, some electives will require an application that will be send via email to you and your student.

The deadline to complete the form is Monday, January 30th at 8:00 AM. If the form is not received by January 30th elective placement will be made at the discretion of our Counselors.

If your child will not be attending Correia next year please respond at the bottom of the form.
