This Registration form will allow you to confirm and reserve your kid's space(s) in our Spring (mid-April to mid-June) season of After School D&D Club. The deadline was Sunday March 17, but we have limited spaces available on a first come, first serve basis.
Last Minute Openings:
Weds. (2:30-4:30 pm): 1 space
Thurs. (3:30-5:30 pm): 2 spaces
Fri. (3:30-5:30 pm): 1 space
Why use this form?

There will be a limited number of seats available. Spaces will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis based on when you submit this form. Kids already in the program will have first priority to remain in the same group.

Important Note on Absences:
Frequent absences are disruptive for your child, the game master, and the rest of the kids in the group, so I'm going to be as direct as possible: Do not sign up for this activity if you plan to double book.
We know that emergencies, illnesses, and unexpected events occur, and we don't expect every kid to make it to every session. A couple of absences per kid is perfectly normal, and expected.
However, in the latest season, we had a few kids whose parents signed them up for other activities during the time they were scheduled for After School D&D Club. This meant that those kids missed out, but worse in several cases it meant that other kids were also not able to play. This is a fun activity, but it is a group activity, and that comes with a responsibility to the group.
Please ensure you only sign up your child for a day and time when they will be consistently available. It will be easier on your child, and others in their group, for them to miss an entire season, or choose a different day of the week. Kids who skip a season will still get priority to rejoin their group from an earlier season.
