Before completing this registration, please review all of the information in the Audition Packet.

 
By completing this registration form you agree to the following expectations and guidelines:
-To attend all rehearsals 
-To bring my script and other necessary materials to rehearsals and to have my lines  prepared.
-To bring a pencil to all rehearsals.
-To be on time or early for all rehearsals and the performances.
-To uphold the highest standards of conduct as I represent my school.
-To be academically eligible for participation according to the guidelines in the audition packet.

It is your responsibility to plan ahead to make sure you will have no obligations that would require you to miss any part of rehearsal or the production, including other school activities. You or a parent must provide your own transportation to and from each rehearsal and performance. In the event of an illness or family emergency that requires the student to be excused from a rehearsal, the participant must contact the director and make appropriate arrangements. Because it is essential for all performers to participate in all aspects of the preparation, there are no exceptions to the requirement that a participant attend all rehearsals and other required activities in order to perform in the production.
The undersigned Student and Parent acknowledge, understand and agree that there is a possibility and likelihood that audio and video recordings and other depictions of the undersigned Student's practices and performances may be kept and utilized by the Grants High School in its recordings, brochures and other promotional materials. The undersigned Student and Parent expressly agree to waive and forego any and all rights or interest in and to any such audio or video recordings, photographs, or other depictions of the Student and his or her practices or performances.
It is expressly understood by students, parents, and directors that any infraction of the above rules on attendance and/or for conduct unbecoming a Grants Cibola County Schools student may constitute grounds for dismissal from the musical.

Students in grades 6-8 will be required to bring a parent to the auditions to complete the parent permission and commitment form.
