This form is for you to suggest/request case themes for me to make! This form will act as a waitlist for those of you waiting to buy a case. Please read this carefully:

If you have a general request, feel free to drop it in without leaving any of your own information (ex: email). These are for requests that you would like to see in the shop sometime.

If you have a specific request and case slots are gone/sold out on my website, please be sure to leave your contact information in the last question. This will put you on a waitlist and guarantee you a slot for the timeframe you suggest.

I don't mind most themes, but if your theme is 18+ (NO MINORS), you should look into artist choice slots as they're less likely to make it in the general requests. :)
