OHAC Member Acknowledgement of Rules 2020

This is a list of items that members will need to acknowledge as rules or procedures that apply to the 2020 OHAC Pool Season. A completed form must be on file in order prior to visiting the pools.

Please check next to each rule or procedure to state that you've read it. By signing at the bottom, you are acknowledging your acceptance of rules and procedures for the 2020 OHAC Pool Season for yourself and everyone included in your membership (if applicable).

All membership purchases are non-refundable.

Only Dolfin Pool will be available for open swim this year.

No guests will be allowed.

The size of our facility will allow for a maximum of 37 members at any one time.

Open swim time will begin on July 1. Members will be able to sign up for 3 time slots/week. Same-day reservations and lap swim do not count against this total.

Members will not be allowed to enter the facility without a prior reservation

Patrons are responsible for self-isolating if they have any symptoms of illness. If any members in my household are sick, we will stay home.

No "make-up" reservations if the pool is closed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

I agree to the following pool usage guidelines: *

Pool visitors are strongly encouraged to maintain a 6 foot social distance between themselves and any other person who does not belong to their household. Social distancing is my personal responsibility and I understand that lifeguards will not be enforcing social distancing during open hours.

Showers, vending machines, and water fountains will be closed.

Bathrooms will be open and limited to two occupants at a time.

There will be no shared pool equipment provided (noodles, toys, etc.).

Face masks are optional but may NOT be worn in the water.

Once the lifeguard blows the whistle to end a 90 minute swim period, everyone must exit the pool. Members will have 15 minutes to collect all belongings and leave the facility.

There will be extensive posted signage with these and other CDC-guided regulations. I understand that if I do not abide by posted rules I will be asked to leave.

Lap swim will be limited to ONE swimmer per lane
