Burlington Community Aquatic Center Pool Party Request Form 
Thank you for showing interest in hosting your child's birthday party at the Burlington Community Aquatic Center!  

Our party Package includes:
-A pool admission for each party guest for the entire day
-1 meal per party guest - Choose either a hotdog or a slice of pizza with chips, and a Capri Sun or water for your guests.
-2 hour reservation for the red shade shelter or party room
-A birthday announcement for your child
-A decorated sign for all of the pool guests to see as they walk in

Cost for a party - 10 Guest Minimum
-Members/City of Burlington Residents : $15.00 per person
-Non-residents : $17.00 per person
-Minimum 10 Guests / Maximum 25 Guests
-All guests of the party must either be paid for by the host, be a member or pay their own admission, including chaperones and persons not swimming or eating
-Party may be extended 1 hour at an additional cost ($25 member / $30 non-member)

A deposit of $150 is required in order to secure your party date.

Parties must be fully paid no later than 24 hours in advance.  Once paid, a bag with all the wristbands for your guests will be provided.  Please plan to be available to distribute the wristbands to your guests before they enter the BCAC or pass them out in advance.

After completion of your request form, you will be contacted within 3 business days for a confirmation of your date and time or a change based on availability.
