The commercial area of the Bright Leaf Hoedown is sponsored by the Caswell County Chamber of Commerce. It is an exhibit of small businesses in the region sharing their services with festival goers.

Your acknowledgement of the Commercial Area Rules and Regulations presented below is required.

Each commercial exhibitor must file an application (this online form) to participate in the 2021 Hoedown. Applications will be accepted on a 'First Come' basis. A limited number of applications will be accepted.

Non-Chamber Member: $85 before August 16 -- $100 after August 16; Chamber Member: $75 before August 16 -- $100 after August 16. All fees are due immediately upon completion of this application.

Spaces will be approximately 12 feet x 12 feet. Due to show being outside around trees, buildings, curbs etc., space size may vary slightly in size. Nonprofit groups needing larger sizes, may rent an additional space for an additional $25

Payments may be made by check payable to Caswell County Chamber of Commerce or cash. Mail payment to: Caswell County Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 29, Yanceyville, NC 27379. Deliver in person to: Caswell Chamber, c/o CoSquare, 106 Court Square, Yanceyville, NC 27379

The commercial exhibits will be in the same area as the arts/crafts and agriculture vendors.

Each business will furnish all props, displays and supplies required for display. This will include tables, chairs, table coverings, bags for packaging information and other supplies. Electricity is not supplied for all booths.

This is an outdoor event. In case of bad weather, rain date of September 26, 2021 is set.

No refunds of fees will be made after August 20, 2021.

The Caswell County Chamber of Commerce will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen articles.

Exhibit/booth must be set up by 8:30 am on Saturday, September 25, 2021.

Mandatory that exhibit stay set up until 5:00 pm; failure to comply, may result in organization being unable to participate in future event.

Spaces assigned by Hoedown commercial/arts/crafts committee. Diagram of designated spaces will be provided after September 15.
