This form must be submitted by 8:00 am on Tuesday September 22 and Monday,  September 27 for planning purposes. Meals will be ready between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm in the back of the school where the covered side walk is located.  (Bus pick up area).  If you are unable to pick the meals up and would like them to be delivered please email Joan Ford at jford@bigsandyisd.org no later than 8:00 am with your address and the number of meals needed.
