【Important Notes】

✅ Acceptance of Requests is Determined as Follows

1. Requests will be accepted based on the client's social credibility.

2. The request details must be clear, and the intended use of the artwork must be understood.

3. I will respond within 7 days of your inquiry. If you do not receive a reply within this period, please consider the request as declined.

4. Payment must be made in advance via PayPal.
   *Note: Post-payment or installment payments are not accepted.*

【Production Process】

1. I will send you a quote to the specified email address.

2. Once you agree to the price, I will send an invoice. The contract will be established once the payment is completed.

3. I will create a rough sketch. Once you are satisfied with the design, I will proceed to the final illustration.  
   *Number of revisions: Up to 2.*

4. After the illustration is completed, I will ask you to review it again. Revisions will be allowed up to 2 times, as long as they are not major changes such as pose adjustments or new illustrations.

【Commercial Use & Rights Transfer】

1. The "Right of Attribution," which allows the creator to publicly present the work, will not be transferred.

2. The fee for transferring rights will be determined based on the intended use of the artwork.  
   *The fee is approximately 50–100% of the original artwork price per piece.*

3. When you publish your work on my social networking accounts, etc., please let me know if the work needs to be credited (© mark) by the rights holder.

【Publication of Created Illustrations】

I may use your commissioned work in our portfolio or other media.
If you let me know when you are available, I will keep your work private until the specified date.

However, if any of the following conditions are met, the work may be publicly displayed as part of my portfolio due to the expiration of the confidentiality period:

- One year has passed since the delivery of the work.
- It is determined that the client does not intend to make the work public.
