The Society of Women Engineers Early Career Professionals Affinity Group is targeted towards new college graduates and professionals in the first 10 years of their career. The AG’s mission is to foster a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive culture for early career professionals within SWE. Our objective is to aid in the recruitment and development of early career professionals, and to facilitate their engagement with and participation in the Society.
