We are booked through October 2024. Any new proposals must be for November 2024 at the earliest.

Please use this form to submit ideas for workshops, events, or special classes at Thrive. We will reply as soon as possible. While all ideas will be considered, only those that are properly timed and targeted will be taken to fruition. Workshops, events and special classes should be in line with Thrive's vision and scope.

IMPORTANT: Submissions must be made as finalized ideas.

No events can be planned on the last weekend of the month. These are reserved for studio maintenance and internal work.

COMPENSATION: This applies for events with special pricing. As of July 2024, revenue split will be 70/30 with 70% going to instructor(s) and 30% to the studio. Events for which regular class passes are allowed will pay Thrive instructors their regular full rate.

• All proposals must be submitted at least 8 weeks ahead of the date of the proposed event.

• While all proposals are read, we will only respond to those that are viable according to our programming needs and studio availability.
