Bluegrass & Chili Festival 2024 - Food Vendor Application

The 44th Annual Bluegrass & Chili Festival is scheduled for Sept 6-7, 2024. Show hours will be Friday, Sept 6th from 4pm - 11pm and Saturday, Sept 7th from 11am - 11pm.

The Festival will feature outdoor free concerts by national and regional artists on multiple stages, with the best in Bluegrass, country, classic rock, gospel and more. September will sizzle with the Mid-America Regional Chili Cook-off, an open car show, Kiddie Korral, and Antique Tractor Show. Events the entire family will enjoy!

We will have a single fee that will reserve your (concessionaire, food truck or tent) space, electric and water. Food trucks may use generators but they must be hush power.

Alumni vendors you do not have to send photos of your trailer unless you have changed something major since last year…all others please send photos!

New applicants please note that your menu is extremely important (we are looking for items other than funnel cakes, corndogs, burgers etc.) The Festival retains beverage sales (soft drinks and water) vendors may only sell tea, lemonade / limeade

Application Deadline: May 1st or until all spaces are filled. A contract will be sent upon acceptance.
