IMPORTANT INFORMATION

A completed form must be received at least one month in advance of filming/shooting.

Completing the form does not ensure that permission to film/shoot on grounds owned by Kaatsbaan Cultural Park will be granted.

A full script or storyboard must be provided.

A Certificate of Insurance is required. The certificate is due no later than two weeks before the beginning of the project.

Your request to film/shoot will be evaluated and a decision will be made based on the following:

The project does not interfere with program functions or previously scheduled events.
The project does not pose a security or safety risk.
The project does not compromise the privacy of any staff, artist or visitor at Kaatsbaan Cultural Park.
