How are integrated circuit chips made ?
This workshop introduces the basic principle behind making integrated circuits, commonly called chips. The workshop will look into the fabrication process, step by step. Simple methods and analogies will be applied to help explain the process. The students will get opportunities to experiment first hand and to ask questions.
