This workshop will introduce you to the life-changing philosophy of Ayurveda. Outlining what you can do to take control over your own health and wellbeing - body, mind & soul. 

Ayurveda is an incredibly empowering science and I recommend it to everyone who wants to live a more satisfying & whole existence & support others to do so too. It has enabled me to transform my physical, mental, emotional & spiritual health and therefore transform my life.

I am so grateful I discovered Ayurveda when I did, it helped to transform my life, my body, the way I thought & acted and my connection with the universe and all it's inhabitants.
