This form is for a 2021 Newburyport Resident Discount Sticker for the Plum Island Point Parking Lot. There is no cost to obtain the sticker, but residents will receive the discount price at the lot with this sticker.

Without Newburyport Resident Sticker - $15 (weekday) / $20 (weekends & holidays)
With Newburyport Resident Sticker - $10 (weekday) / $12 (weekends & holidays)
