Please use this form to sign your child up for Ukulele Group (you don't need to do this again if you've already signed them up previously). This is a free group which will run after school on a Wednesday from 3.20 - 4.20 pm in the Studio, and is for children in years 4, 5 and 6. Children may bring a healthy, nut free snack to the club to eat after school.
Each child needs their own ukulele but we have spares here if they occasionally forget to bring their own.
It is important that children are committed to this group: they must attend every week and practice regularly to get the most out of the sessions. There will be performances throughout the year which you will be invited to attend.
Please ensure you collect your child promptly after the club has finished at 4.20 pm from the office.
