Art Affair 2024 Vendor Registration 
Calling all artists, crafters, and makers! Transform Downtown Sioux City with your creations at Art Affair 2024 on June 22nd (11 AM – 3 PM). This bustling festival features local artists, street performers, family activities, and shoppers eager to discover your unique offerings. 

All proceeds benefit ArtSUX for Kids Foundation, a 501(c)(3),  supporting arts education in our community.

As a vendor...
- You will be assigned 12x12 ft. space to set up for a table and chair(s). Your booth must be manned during the event hours. You may apply for more than one space.
- If you have a tent, please make sure you are able to secure it should weather arise.
- All vendors must clean up their area. 
- There will be no access to public electricity.
- You are responsible for collecting and reporting your own sales tax, here is a link for more information: https://tax.iowa.gov/starting-business;

There is a vendor fee, and you must register by June 1 using this form and send in payment to ensure you are provided space as soon as possible. There are only going to be a limited number of vendors allowed to set up at this event.
