Official Vendor/Exhibitor Registration for the 2023 Longwoods Motorcycle Rally. Please note that all vendors must pay the full amount due to reserve their space. Spaces are being reserved on a first come first serve basis and we cannot hold any spots until we have received payment. Saturday vendors are required to be open from 9:00AM - 5:00PM. There will be a 1 hour setup and tear down time before and after the vendor hours on both days. Saturday's vendors will be split between two locations. Motorcycle/lifestyle vendors will have first choice if they want a space downtown, while the remaining vendors will be placed in Ferguson park with the Kidz Zone and Classic Car Show. Sunday's Vendor Market will be from 10:00AM - 4:00PM. Once you have completed this form, you will receive an email with your vendor contract and payment information. Vendor contracts are not considered active until we have received your payment for the space.
