Intercollegiate Student Leader Application
Instructions: This application should be completed by a student currently enrolled in a college or university.  Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and you are encouraged to apply early.  The deadline to apply is November 15, and the student leader will be announced by November 30. Please be sure to read the Student Leader Role and Expectations before applying. The dates of this trip are March 9-13, 2020, and the host office will be in San Diego, CA. GRID will provide housing. The Intercollegiate Student leader will be responsible for their meals and transportation to and from the region and during the program week.

You will be leading and organizing 9 students from other colleges/universities remotely, please give us some examples on how you will successfully do this. (Note: We are looking for examples of demonstrated leadership, time management, and group facilitation.) *
If you are accepted, GRID will sponsor $250 of your $500 program fee. How will you fundraise the additional $250? *
Students are also responsible for their own meals and transportation during Solar Spring Break, please explain how you will cover these additional costs. *
