Thank you for your interest in having your child attend Camp Horizon's Summer Camp! Although we have reached capacity for this year, please feel free to complete this form if you would like to be added to our waiting list. Should space become available, I will contact families in the order waiting list applications are received. If I do not hear from you within 1 business day from the time I reach out, I will move on to the next person on the list.

Summer camp dates are Sunday, July 16 - Friday, July 21

Requirements for consideration: Youth must be between the ages of 8-10 years old and actively involved in the foster care system, placed with a legal guardian, or in care of a kinship placement at the time of application.

Camp Horizon's program year runs August - July. Programs include year-round events and activities including outings, a holiday gift program, a week at summer camp, and a Leadership Development Program (LDP) teaching life skills and leadership once youth turn age 12. We will hold our intake period for our 2023-2024 program year between August-September. Please indicate below if you are interested in your child(ren) participating in our year-round programs and events. At this time we are only able to admit youth ages 8-10 years old due to limited capacity.

Please note that participation throughout the year significantly increases likelihood of summer camp attendance next year. All programs, events, and activities are free of charge for families.
