Bringing Course Content to Life: Digital tools for the Online or Face-to-Face Classroom
Friday, April 5th
12:00PM - 1:00PM
Online Webinar

Visual activities are a very effective way to get students more excited about course content. This conversation led by Kathy Peno will explore two digital tools: Flipgrid and Adobe Spark.

Flipgrid is a free, interactive, video-based tool used by all levels of educators for student engagement (via phone or tablet) and formative assessment. Adobe Spark is a free graphic design tool that allows you to tell stories, share ideas, and explore content via photos, video, and graphics. The session will provide examples of how instructors might use each of these tools in online and face-to-face settings. Participants will also have an opportunity to actively try both platforms.

This ATL Conversation will be run as an online webinar using Zoom; registered participants will receive the link to join the webinar.
