This form will indicate your commitment in competing in the upcoming NBA2k22 Tournament at Fayetteville State University on April 9th, 2022 at 11am. More information will be emailed to you closer to the tournament. There are only 20 slots available for high school students (10 for PS4 and 10 for XBox) and 20 slots available for university students (10 for PS4 and 10 for XBox). School ID (or alternative proof) required at the tournament. Games will be double elimination. Cash prizes will be given to the 1st and 2nd place winners in each bracket.
