That means free hotel room, free food, free transportation, and free activities!

Cancellation Policy
Due to the fixed funding we are provided for this event we are only able to host a limited number of attendees. Interest in this event is often greater than our capacity. When you confirm your attendance at the Summit, we are reserving a spot for you that could be used for another participant.

We understand that things beyond our control do come up, but kindly request that if you unable to attend the Summit you inform program staff as soon as possible so your place can be filled with someone on the waitlist.
