Info Table Request-- 2019 Salt Lake County Watershed Symposium
Reserve an information table and represent your organization at the 13th Annual Salt Lake County Watershed Symposium, to be held November 20-21, 2019 at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center.

Hosting an info table is free!

TABLING GUIDELINES:
- Tables setup by 8:30am on November 20; setup may start at 7:30am.
- Tables can be left overnight.
- Staffed tables are preferred, especially during networking breaks.
- Please have all tabling staff register. Registration is free, lunch is included.
- One 6' x 30" table and two chairs will be provided.
- Please advise if more space, access to power, or wall space is needed.
- To increase traffic and interactivity at the tables, we’ve planned two networking snack breaks each day with prize drawings during the afternoon break. Table visits = raffle tickets. We'll provide the tickets.

Will the table be staffed? *
We prefer tables to be staffed, especially during morning registration and lunch. Table staff is welcome to attend sessions; lunch will be provided.  [NOTE: Please have all staff register themselves for the Watershed Symposium]

We'll have one 6'x30' table and two chairs available for all tablers. If space allows, we will do our best to accomodate requests for more space.
