Echo Spa and Salon Waiver
In an effort to help our salon create a safe and healthy salon environment we have added a couple of new steps for check in. First, we are requiring that each guest please complete the following information and return it back to the salon 24 hours prior to your appointment. Additionally, we have added a few new safety measures for an added level of protection, and do ask that you please come prepared with your own personal face mask and a pair of protective gloves which must be worn at all times during your salon appointment. Should you not come prepared with your own personal face mask and gloves we will provide them for you at the door for an additional $3.00 fee.
