Your child’s recommended math placement is based on their grades in 8th Grade math, as well as the district math placement test.  We are offering an opportunity for students to take the placement test to accommodate the following situations:
a) if you missed the placement exam given during your 8th grade year
b) if you would like to retake the test to increase your score
c) if you are a new Hart District student.

We ask that all students wishing to take the 9th grade placement test RSVP to ensure we have the space and resources available.

Please note, we have two placement dates. The last item on this form is to RSVP for your preferred date/time.

If one testing session becomes full, we will close sign-ups for that session. All students wishing to take the test will be given the opportunity, however choice of date and time will be available on a first come, first served basis.
